Products - Theta Tubing

When pulled as a micropipette, Theta Tubing can be used as a low-resistance single microelectrode or serve as a double-tipped microelectrode with low trans-tip coupling. A Theta Micropipette can also be sued for simultaneous recording and microinjection or for iontophoresis of two substances. Theta tubing with a thick septum is especially useful for making self-beveled electrodes with a very sharp spear-like tip for cell impalement. Theta tubing can be made from Simax 33 expansion Borosilicate tubing or Heraeus Quartz.
